Eligibility Criteria:

SDE-1 (Software Developer Engineer -1) position requires proficiency in either Back End or Full Stack development with 0-2 years of experience.
Proficient and proven expertise in backend technologies, particularly Java and Java Frameworks such as Spring Boot.
Familiarity and experience with HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design principles.
Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, emphasizing data structures, algorithms, and API design. (Note: A degree in computer science is not mandatory.)

Preferred skills:

Capability to quickly learn new libraries, frameworks, or programming languages.
Demonstrated ability to share knowledge through formal mentoring, code reviews, design document assessments, technical presentations, and contributions to technical writings or blogs.
