Key Responsibilities:
- Improve efficiency in data collection and reporting processes through the identification of automation opportunities, development of streamlined workflows, and implementation of industry best practices.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau to extract sales performance data from extensive datasets via CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Foster effective collaboration with regional and local Field Sales and Marketing teams, employing strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote a cohesive team environment and facilitate data-driven initiatives.
- Compile, clean, and consolidate data to generate monthly reports on the performance of VELYS Digital Surgery products, providing insights into the health of the business.
- Collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, IT, Data, and Finance to ensure data accuracy in commercial insights, supporting Commercial Effectiveness initiatives as required.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate funnel management, targeting, and prioritization in commercial operations at the regional level.
- Contribute to the success of commercial launches in key markets by providing support in areas such as project management and analytics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference for demonstrated proficiency in Data Science languages such as Python or R.
- Proficiency in data visualization software such as Tableau or Qlik.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
