Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analog and mixed-signal modules utilizing CMOS and Smart Power Technologies, emphasizing efficient power conversion for GaN device applications.
- Design and validate analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit blocks prior to silicon production, integrating testing features, ensuring quality, and aiding in top-level integration.
- Collaborate in specifying requirements for analog and mixed-signal blocks, aligning them with IP Module architecture, and maintaining compliance through thorough documentation.
- Assess workload and strategize design tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Offer vital assistance to physical design engineers, post-silicon verification processes, production testing, and other essential activities beyond the design phase.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate proficient analytical skills and comprehension of analog circuits, including opamps and comparators.
- Conduct small signal analysis on basic MOS circuits.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of RC filters and switched capacitor circuits.
- Display eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
