Key Responsibilities:
- Define, construct, and implement the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer’s address.
- Ensure adequate resources within the territorial delivery team to manage peak-time deliveries effectively.
- Foster close engagement with the delivery team, including associates, to cultivate and sustain a highly motivated and performance-oriented team.
- Continuously enhance the delivery process to achieve consistent delivery performance through improvements in processes and training. Proactively initiate enhancements to elevate quality standards, minimize waste, and streamline operations.
- Analyze data reports to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and drive improvements in performance.
- Introduce formal process control and improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen to optimize operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is required, and an MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in people management; handling a team is highly desirable.
- Preferred experience in managing live operations, requiring real-time decision-making and immediate action initiation.
- Familiarity with city topography and road networks is considered an added advantage.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in managing delivery operations is preferred.
