Key Responsibilities:
- Review and comprehend the process documents supplied by the customer.
- Analyze insurance claims and adhere to standard operating procedures during processing.
- Calculate the patient’s responsibility, including Coordination of Benefits (COB), and conduct insurance calculations accordingly.
- Acquaint oneself with and navigate through various client applications proficiently, capturing essential information required for insurance claim processing.
