Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of Global NJE Operations reporting process and ensure timely delivery of reports within defined SLAs while maintaining accuracy.
- Identify potential enhancements for reports/dashboards and collaborate with functional units/clients to implement improvements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to devise more effective solutions for report/dashboard production and delivery, leveraging automation where possible.
- Review scorecard performance results and analyze variances in scorecard outcomes with functional units/clients.
- Provide backup support for other report production within the team and assist with related ad-hoc reporting tasks.
- Maintain a strong focus on Risk & Controls, emphasizing the importance of data confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in providing HR reporting & analytics, with a strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills to interpret insights effectively.
- Experience in New Joiner related reporting is advantageous, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with managers to assess and enhance business performance.
- Comprehensive understanding of data analytics tools such as MS Excel, Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar technologies.
- Capability to work with extensive datasets to identify trends and insights, delivering regular reports to senior stakeholders.
- Capacity to perform effectively in environments of continuous change and within an agile work framework.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
