Key Responsibilities for Product Analyst:
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to enhance product adoption.
- Utilize product usage data to identify customer pain points and propose potential solutions to the product team.
- Engage closely with product management and engineering teams for research on new features, client proof-of-concept (POC), and competitive benchmarking.
- Pursue continuous learning and collaborate with the team to develop best practices for product configuration, gaining direct exposure to major consumer, business, and technology brands globally.
- Configure the Sprinklr product for diverse brands and industries, adhering to high standards of delivery and quality.
- Work collaboratively as a team to comprehend product adoption across various brands and establish standard practices aimed at enhancing adoption rates.
Key Responsibilities for Account Executive:
- Take ownership of end-to-end testing for the data pipeline and platform setup, establishing and implementing best practices.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing procedures.
- Develop necessary automation libraries and frameworks, and construct automation tests as needed.
- Ensure the stability and performance of the platform through the implementation of appropriate checks and balances.
- Lead meetings, spearhead new initiatives, and foster innovation within the team.
- Engage in various day-to-day QA tasks.
- Explore emerging test and validation technologies and methodologies through research initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team comprising SDET and Sr. SDET roles, based on your assigned position.
- Promote innovation and technical excellence by encouraging and driving initiatives.
- Continuously seek enhancements in software development and testing processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.E/B.Tech degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
- Possess experience as a 2022/2023 passout.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in testing SaaS products with a comprehensive grasp of architecture and design principles across all systems.
- Prior experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and strong object-oriented design and coding skills.
- Proficiency in Performance testing and related tools like JMeter or Gatling is preferred.
- Familiarity with Test Cycle Management tools such as JIRA or equivalent.
- Proficiency in devising test strategies, including decomposing business and technical requirements, defining test case scenarios, managing test data requirements, and preparing contingency plans.
- Experience in testing Micro-services hosted platforms.
- Understanding of Kafka, GraphQL, and Redis concepts.
- Exposure to various development and testing tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming languages and experience with Selenium for automation testing.
