Key Responsibilities:
- Focus primarily on speech and audio applications within machine learning (ML) projects, utilizing cutting-edge techniques such as Generative AI and LLM.
- Optimize memory usage and performance to facilitate the smooth implementation of ML models on Google hardware.
- Collaborate with product, research, and software teams to understand ML needs and develop solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Partner with tools and architecture teams to optimize deployment, validation, and testing procedures tailored for Google hardware.
- Contribute significantly to the refinement of ML models optimized for Google hardware devices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ or Python, with a strong foundation in Machine Learning.
Preferred skills:
- Hold a PhD or Master’s degree in signal processing, data science, or machine learning.
- Demonstrate expertise in audio, speech, and machine learning domains.
- Possess experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and familiarity with embedded systems.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
