Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in analyzing marketing data to offer valuable insights to the marketing team, focusing on behavior patterns, journeys, relationships, and performance metrics.
- Aid team members in enhancing data quality, delivering insights, exporting data, and preparing ad-hoc reports.
- Demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Share work through available URLs, such as git repositories, publicly accessible publications, or cloud storage platforms.
- Provide support for marketing activities by analyzing generated data.
- Collaborate with other departments to pinpoint areas for enhancement and contribute to implementing solutions.
- Assist in documenting project requirements and processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Possess outstanding analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in utilizing data mining and analysis tools.
- Beneficial to be familiar with API and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, among others.
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, ETL processes, database operations, and visualization tools like Power BI is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication proficiencies.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
