Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and closely monitor the performance of PhonePe assets within campaigns, aligning them with the sales funnel to optimize revenue.
- Handle Medium to High risk/severity clients for end-to-end campaign management.
- Supervise a team of 2-3 Associate Campaign Managers across respective verticals.
- Identify, establish, and implement industry best practices for ad setup, measurement, and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage and collaborate with BD/Product Design/CS/Creative teams for campaign planning, management, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations involving external and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all PhonePe offer products and features.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of both ads and rewards campaigns, including advertiser onboarding, campaign setup, invoicing, collections, reporting, monitoring, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and conversion metrics, providing informed recommendations to the BD team and advertisers for optimizing future ads.
- Utilize data from existing campaigns to inform strategies for upcoming ones, considering performance metrics and audience targeting to achieve sales objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation: Candidates from Tier 1 undergraduate programs or Tier 2 MBA colleges with a passion to work in the digital/Ads/Operation vertical.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
