Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to end-users to ensure accurate processing of invoices.
- Manage the entire process according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Perform validations and necessary actions in accordance with the process matrix.
- Adhere to process timelines (SLA/TAT) and ensure timely completion.
- Familiarity with HRMS data management is advantageous.
- Review, collaborate, manage client/stakeholder requests, and address queries.
- Anticipate the needs of the business and projects by establishing effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Clearly understand work expectations, timelines, efforts, and demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure with a high attention to detail.
- Adhere to risk management requirements, identify potential threats, and maintain invoice processing integrity.
- Conduct data audits, research, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain process documents and required reports as per business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate/MBA degree from a reputable and recognized institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient problem-solving and data management skills, with the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated personal drive and a positive work ethic, ensuring timely results even under pressure.
- Adaptability to various engagement types, working hours, environments, and locations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adjust communication styles based on the audience.
- Uphold the quality of deliverables and propose process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Service Request modules for the HR domain (Not mandatory, but preferred).
