Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of end-to-end ML pipelines and deliver scalable production Machine Learning services.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to construct scalable data pipelines and develop new ML models.
- Utilize MLops tools to facilitate ML workflows, encompassing experimentation, training, and production operations.
- Design and execute tools and processes for the entire ML Ops lifecycle, covering model development, deployment, serving, monitoring, and experimentation.
- Engage in multiple streams of analytics, including time series, image, and tabular data.
- Contribute to the development of accelerators and ML frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates a passionate and professional commitment to navigating the dynamic technology landscape of Generative AI within the challenging domains of HiTech and Manufacturing analytics.
- Displays a strong desire for continuous learning, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aiming to understand and address challenges and solutions comprehensively.
- Exhibits an unwavering attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, adept time management abilities, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of motivating team members and fostering a culture of ownership, reliability, teamwork, and commitment within the team.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills necessary for building relationships with various teams and peers across the organization.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle platforms like Kubeflow, MLflow, and cloud data services such as GCP and AWS.
- Experience in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java) and SQL (any variant).
- Collaborative coding skills, comfortable with Git usage and participating in code reviews.
- Strong understanding of data management and data mining architecture.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
