Key Responsibilities:
- Executes a variety of operational tasks related to low to moderately complex processes or functions.
- Assumes responsibility for the entire process from the receipt of work to its resolution and closure.
- Coordinates information across various operational areas and with customers using multiple online systems.
- Tasks may involve receiving and reviewing incoming work, engaging appropriate resources as necessary, inputting transactions into the RIDS application, ensuring accuracy, and resolving complex customer/client requests by consulting multiple resources and records.
- Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents.
- Works under general supervision in accordance with established procedures.
- Demonstrates some judgment within established guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a university degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in banking/financial services.
- Experience in alphanumeric data entry.
- Proficient typing skills with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US operational hours, including India night shifts.
Preferred skills:
- Possession of 6+ months of operations support experience, or an equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Demonstrates a quality-oriented approach, showing meticulous attention to detail and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Possesses working knowledge in quality assurance or back-office processing, or equivalent experience.
- Holds a college degree, preferably in Commerce.
- Exhibits strong analytical skills, emphasizing attention to detail and accuracy.
- Displays effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possesses basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and using search tools to locate information.
- Experienced in typing (both alphabet and 10-key numerical) data entry with a minimum typing speed and accuracy of 30 to 35 words per minute (WPM/98%).
- Demonstrates strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Possesses solid problem-solving skills.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities.
