Key Responsibilities:
- The engineer will engage with customers to facilitate knowledge transfer, share best practices, diagnostic tools and techniques, common challenges encountered, etc., regarding new product features.
- They will strike a balance between developing product features and supporting customer Service Continuity Programs (SCPs).
- Taking initiative, the engineer will be accountable for delivering intricate software by effectively collaborating with the team and a broader set of stakeholders.
- As part of the software engineering division, you will utilize basic to intermediate software architecture knowledge to undertake software development tasks related to creating, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems based on provided design specifications.
- Additionally, you will implement enhancements within an established software architecture and occasionally propose enhancements to the architecture.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Preferably, the engineer will execute these responsibilities with minimal guidance and a high level of autonomy, demonstrating proficiency in building relationships across various organizations and resolving cross-product issues.
- They should be comfortable with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and configuration languages such as Bash, Python, GoLang, and YAML is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in test-driven development, familiarity with Jenkins (or other CI/CD frameworks), is also advantageous.
