Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in intricate data sets, presenting data clearly and offering recommendations based on findings.
- Comprehend stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions using expertise.
- Create analysis and visualizations utilizing advanced technologies like PowerBI and Tableau, along with proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Generate inventive ideas and solutions to enhance data collection and reporting, facilitating the regular delivery of insightful data analytics.
- Understand the process of data integration and data modeling using diverse data sources such as workforce data from central talent systems, finance, and employee surveys.
- Independently lead the successful delivery of projects and products, employing strong project management skills and deployment-focused activities.
- Provide exceptional service by staying connected, responsive, and insightful, nurturing robust business relationships and staying abreast of what matters to the Talent Team and Business Leaders.
- Establish credibility by demonstrating understanding and staying updated on Talent Analytic trends, research, and tools, thereby generating innovative ideas for implementation in deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline is necessary.
- Possession of a Diploma in Human Resources or Talent Analytics would be advantageous.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in numeracy and analytical skills to comprehend data complexities and identify relationships among data through data modeling.
- Strong design aesthetic and visualization skills, with expertise in offering comprehensive HR data insights using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Substantial experience in delivering automated solutions for data collection and reporting using Power Apps and Access database.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing actionable management dashboards for HR or Talent organizations.
- Familiarity with reading and writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) solutions.
- Knowledgeable in Data Science, Data Integration, Data Visualization, and Data Analytics concepts. Familiarity with Visual Basic (VBA) scripts and Macro development is desirable.
- Extensive reporting experience including understanding of process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators for HR or Talent.
- Good operational experience or understanding of HR processes and systems related to workforce reporting, recruiting, learning, performance management, and overall people data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent teaming skills to effectively collaborate virtually across different time zones and cultures, leveraging various technologies.
