Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of new activation documents for prepaid and postpaid services.
- Expedite SIM exchanges within the designated turnaround time by accurately approving customer documents.
- Ensure adherence to document compliance standards and proactively detect instances of fraud.
- Coordinate with retailers and document pick-up partners to provide effective training on document screening procedures.
- Provide support for TERM (Telecom Equipment and Retail Marketing) requirements as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Either a fresher or possessing six months of relevant experience.
Preferred skills:
- Capable of influencing and gaining the support of the cluster sales team regarding decisions.
- Demonstrates quick thinking to address urgent issues and challenges promptly within set timeframes.
- Able to collaborate with partner teams to ensure timely deliveries or respond promptly and offer assistance to other departments.
- Diligent and proficient in executing tasks effectively.
