Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes and tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with global business, support, and development teams.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular and thorough project updates to both Technology and Business stakeholders.
- Document project-related processes and guidelines for future reference and clarity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient Business/Data Analyst accustomed to operating in an agile project setting, adept at interfacing with both business and technology teams.
- Experience in conducting data analysis, reconciliation, data acquisition, mapping, and testing, preferably within the financial sector, particularly in banking environments.
- Solid comprehension of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) Concepts, capable of analyzing data using tools such as SQL Developer, MS Access/Excel. Previous exposure to ETL processes and proficiency in Data visualization tools like Tableau/QlikView is highly advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore development models, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in documenting Functional Requirements and Technical Designs essential to meet the requirements of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
