Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing logistical inquiries from our vendors/printers.
- Rescheduling entire orders for specific vendors/printers when necessary.
- Allocating and arranging orders using our web application.
- Coordinating updates on order timelines with our sales team to ensure client awareness of any changes.
- Procuring garments from our wholesalers for vendors/printers.
- Cultivating relationships with our vendors/printers to align with Fresh Prints’ vision.
- Collaborating with vendors/printers to ensure the delivery of high-quality prints and mitigate order issues.
- Providing communication and feedback to other teams to resolve issues and enhance the printer experience with Fresh Prints, while also elevating our internal quality standards.
- Embracing opportunities for innovation and taking ownership of projects aimed at adding value to our operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
