Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and propels the process towards completion by diligently following up on requests from RMS Consultants and offering assistance to the client team.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the fundamental requirements of the firm and regulatory RMS rules and policies.
• Conducts an initial review of submissions from client teams, assessing the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of proposed transactions/requests.
• Serves as a liaison among the client teams, other members of the RMS team, and various functional areas within the firm.
• Formulates responses to client inquiries and questions.
• Manages tasks and activities efficiently, ensuring timely completion and taking responsibility for specific outcomes.
• Applies analytical and project management methodologies and utilizes appropriate tools.
• Acquires familiarity with the firm’s structure, business strategies, service lines, and personnel.
• Cultivates a network of contacts within RMS and across the firm.
• Plans and organizes individual work, maintaining open communication regarding progress and activities.
• Applies judgment to initial consultations and submission reviews, rapidly acquiring an understanding of key firm and regulator RMS rules and policies.
• References existing policies; however, due to the frequency of unique situations, conducts research on issues and proposes solutions through situation-specific inquiries.
• Provides feedback necessary for continual process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM

Preferred skills: 

• Proficiency in interpersonal communication and collaboration.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Competence in utilizing MS Excel and Word.
