Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, ingest, sanitize, convert, and structure data adhering to established standards and employing tools such as MS Power Query and DAX.
- Develop, assess, debug, and ensure the functionality of implemented solutions.
- Utilize statistical methods and visualization techniques to analyze data, creating and managing Power BI reports, dashboards, and applications, including regular updates and maintenance.
- Employ MS Power Platform to facilitate automation through customized workflows and Power Apps.
- Foster and utilize a global network for the exchange of knowledge and adoption of best practices within the framework of Unilever.
- Collaborate with peers in the Environmental Reporting team to enhance data management and reporting processes and platforms.
- Demonstrate a history of driving ongoing enhancement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Data and Reporting Analyst or similar positions.
- Possesses robust data science and analytics abilities, coupled with an inherent curiosity for the field.
- Demonstrates a sound grasp of data modeling principles and proficient primary data management skills.
- Proficient in analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI (essential) and Advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in M (Power Query), DAX (essential), and SQL (preferred).
- Capable of connecting to Microsoft Azure and deploying to the Power BI service for the development of scalable analytic models in the cloud.
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and consistently maintains high-quality work standards.
- Possesses project management expertise, particularly in the delivery of digital/system solutions.
- Adaptable in managing time zone disparities within global teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow coordination.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in English.
