Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Implement automation processes using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to streamline deployment and management tasks.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize cloud infrastructure and application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design cloud solutions, and provide technical expertise and guidance.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across all AWS environments, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and testing to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Stay current with AWS technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours for critical incidents and maintenance activities.
