Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and integrating end-to-end critical graphics features for VTT Software and Intel.
- Ensuring the health of Graphics Software features from pre-silicon to post-silicon stages, encompassing functionality, power/performance, and critical debugging from an end-to-end perspective.
- Understanding feature architecture and driving end-to-end validation activities, emphasizing Concurrency, reliability/Stress, and Interoperability, with a focus on power/performance through scalable/automated infrastructure.
- Participating in feature summits/task forces within VTT SW and externally, aiding in the productization of key value-added graphics features across Windows and Android platforms.
- Demonstrating proficiency across End-to-End Display, Media, 3D, Compute, and power conversation, as well as cross Component Stress and overall UX focus, requiring deep knowledge of OS architecture, GEN graphics architecture, graphics drive software architecture, and power and performance objectives.
- Developing and facilitating cutting-edge End-to-End Machine Learning/Deep Learning and Media Workloads on next-generation Graphics Platforms.
- Conducting Triage and Debugging of end-to-end test failures and collaborating with software and hardware development teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with key partners in VTT software and hardware architecture, development, debug, and validation, including silicon validation.
- Providing internal and external feedback to implement upcoming graphics features in unreleased OSes, ensuring hardware and software compatibility on next-generation platforms, and designing/developing/implementing graphics system-level software for future platforms.
- Developing automation tests, executing tests, and reporting issues when discovered.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- They must possess significant programming experience in one or more languages, with a particular emphasis on C++ or Python.
- Ability to comprehend complex software systems is essential.
- A foundational understanding of Operating systems is required.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in debugging software is highly valued.
- Candidates should exhibit the ability to understand software development practices.
- Solid knowledge of Git/GitHub is a necessary skill.
