Key Responsibilities:
- Assist potential students over the phone to select the appropriate product and support them in making informed career decisions.
- Address inquiries concerning the company and its products.
- Make outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Sell memberships to students based on their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features thoroughly and provide guidance on package usage.
- Ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completion of high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Previous experience in domestic outbound or telesales is necessary.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in elementary Hindi language is required.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years or older.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
- Capability to accept criticism without personalizing it.
