Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the documents submitted by candidates for Background Verification.
- Follow up with candidates/associates regarding insufficient or unverifiable documents.
- Collaborate closely with vendor representatives to conclude pending verifications.
- Validate vendor reports and take appropriate actions based on findings.
- Escalate any validation discrepancies to vendor leadership.
- Maintain daily dashboards for assigned cases.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for case closure.
- Address inquiries from candidates, associates, and clients.
- Analyze Background Verification (BGV) reports in preparation for audits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, capable of preparing ad hoc reports as per requirements.
- Possesses a foundational understanding of Background Verification processes.
- Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous (optional).
