Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist in data collection to facilitate account recovery for end-users.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client processes and policies.
- Replicate customer issues and escalate product bugs as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills in problem-solving.
- Exhibit a proven work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Fresh graduates are eligible for this position.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in customer service via chat, email, or voice channels.
- Strong probing and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Capability to handle work pressure effectively.
- Understanding of operations processing.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
- Proficient in writing effective emails.
- Understanding of KYC documentation requirements.
