Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and validating predictive models, alongside creating and maintaining statistical models, focusing on big data and employing various statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Designing and deploying enterprise search applications like Elasticsearch and Splunk to meet client specifications.
- Operating within an Agile, collaborative environment, collaborating with scientists, engineers, consultants, and database administrators to apply analytical rigor and statistical methods to predict behaviors effectively.
- Building teams or writing programs to cleanse and integrate data efficiently and in a reusable manner, developing predictive or prescriptive models, and evaluating modeling outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines for both batch and stream processing, utilizing tools such as Informatica Power Centre or cloud-based ETL/ELT tools.
- Collaborating with business teams and technical leads to gather requirements, identify data sources, address data quality issues, design target data structures, develop pipelines and data processing routines, conduct unit testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assisting the data scientist and business analytics team in data ingestion and addressing data-related technical challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Data Warehousing, Information Management, Data Integration, and Business Intelligence utilizing the ETL tool Informatica PowerCenter.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies, Power BI, and skills in cloud-based data migration.
- Hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting and Python programming.
- Proficient in relational SQL databases, Big Data technologies, and related concepts.
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of MS-Azure Cloud services and applications.
- Prior experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- Proficiency in Unix shell scripting and Python programming languages.
