Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Develop email newsletters for distribution.
  • Produce various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.
  • Handle social media management and engagement across platforms.
  • Update and manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, and respond to followers’ inquiries.
  • Provide administrative assistance to agents as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree, completed within a 3-year or 4-year timeframe.

Preferred skills: 

  • Candidates are required to provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring.
  • Comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application.
  • Possesses experience in social media management and/or marketing.
  • Has experience in photo and video editing, as well as graphic design.
  • Demonstrates professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal/voice communication.
  • Experienced in using any CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Owns a computer or laptop with access to the internet, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
  • Familiarity with using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Please submit a portfolio or work sample of Social Media / Marketing materials you have created.
