Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire CRM & ORM (queries) process across all social media pages & aggregator platforms.
- Ensuring prompt handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Conducting weekly reviews to assess and measure progress.
- Attaining core objectives such as efficient customer handling and complaint resolution within specified turnaround times (TAT).
- Providing timely responses, analyzing agency reviews, conducting report analysis, and optimizing the grievance handling process to uphold the brand’s online reputation.
- Implementing specific TAT for closing complaints and evaluating performance accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Capacity to remain composed and respond effectively to customer phone calls and emails under pressure.
Preferred skills:
- Preference for candidates with a background in the hotel industry and extensive experience in hospitality.
- Experience in CRM, lead capturing, and after-sales service.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with agencies and stakeholders effectively.
