- By participating, individuals will develop a comprehensive understanding of the diverse range of roles and opportunities available at Barclays, making it an ideal pathway to our 8-week internships.
What you can expect:

- Engage in seminars and workshops designed to educate you on financial services, your selected business domain, the recruitment procedure, and Barclays’ identity as an employer.
- Participate in specialized breakout sessions tailored to your chosen business domain, providing insights into the expectations for the Summer Internship in 2025.
- Enhance your comprehension of the assessment process and forthcoming actions.
- Establish connections with individuals from various departments within our organization, including recent graduates who have undergone the same journey you are embarking on.
- Attend exclusive networking gatherings with senior executives and recent graduates associated with your preferred business area.
- Explore the diverse Barclays D&I networks.
- On the second day of the program, you will have the opportunity to undergo assessment for the 2025 summer internship through two interview sessions.
