Key Responsibilities:
- Understands and communicates the business case for analysis, including the business questions to be addressed and the estimated value to be delivered.
- Designs dashboards and analysis plans, selecting appropriate visualization and analytics tools.
- Identifies relevant data and sources, collecting, organizing, and processing data for analysis.
- Discerns trends and patterns to address business questions and offer insights using reporting and data visualization techniques.
- Collaborates with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, and streamline analysis into an analytics solution.
- Ensures the confidentiality and protection of sensitive data.
- Presents actionable information and reports to senior leadership.
- Advocates for data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; or has equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrates documented work experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable role.
- Exhibits comprehension of SQL, database structures, and associated statistical software.
- Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
Preferred skills:
- Possesses robust analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of interpreting intricate data and converting it into easily comprehensible results.
- Demonstrates strong communication and presentation abilities, adept at conveying complex data to non-technical audiences in a clear manner.
