Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:

  • Develop and maintain Solutions Architect SharePoint sites.
  • Manage permissions and access levels for process flows and templates, distinguishing between content editors and consumers.
  • Organize technical content for optimal user experience.
  • Establish a searchable architecture library.
  • Collect content from Solutions Architects and edit as needed.
  • Craft visually appealing technical newsletters using engineering team contributions.
  • Utilize internal marketing tools for awareness campaigns.
  • Maintain a technical FAQs database.
  • Regularly update and curate FAQs content.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the architecture library.
  • Develop and customize Power BI reports.
  • Analyze data and visually present insights.
  • Generate actionable reports on task allocation and progress.
  • Produce visually impactful PowerPoint presentations based on input from the SA Team.
  • Incorporate data and visuals to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Ensure presentations adhere to the Emerson brand standards.
  • Possess familiarity with technical concepts and terminology to effectively communicate with Solutions Architects and technical teams worldwide.
  • Organize and coordinate assigned projects.
  • Manage timelines and deadlines efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and other teams to gather relevant content.
  • Work with design and technical teams for content creation.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics.
  • Make data-driven decisions for optimization, such as identifying frequently used documents and architectures.

Key Responsibilities for Technical Support Analyst:

  • Collaborate closely with a team of Developers and Business Analysts to design, develop, and maintain the Web Application built using Angular / REACT / .NET Core.
  • Create reusable, efficient, and scalable code to enhance the functionality of the web application.
  • Design the data and presentation layer of the web application’s front-end to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Utilize additional JavaScript libraries like Redux to manage the web application’s state, derive computed data, and execute asynchronous API calls.
  • Test and update the web application to ensure compatibility across all web browsers.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements by engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining industry networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and debugging activities for business-critical tools and applications to ensure seamless functionality.
