Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative support to Product Launch Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project-related records.
- Facilitate timely communication and coordination with key stakeholders to enhance project collaboration effectiveness.
- Gather and consolidate data from diverse IT systems to aid project managers in decision-making processes.
- Perform data analysis to detect trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement in project execution.
- Engage closely with the Operational Readiness Team to provide comprehensive assistance for product launch projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance project efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven experience in data analysis and administration, preferably within a project management context.
- Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, PowerBI, or similar relevant software.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, paying close attention to detail.
- Possess solid communication skills necessary for effective interaction with project managers and stakeholders.
