Key Responsibilities:
- Validate candidate-uploaded documents for Background Verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with candidates/associates to address document insufficiencies or inability to verify, facilitating resolution.
- Collaborate closely with vendor inplants to expedite the closure of ongoing verification processes.
- Verify vendor reports and initiate necessary actions based on the findings.
- Escalate validation discrepancies to Vendor leadership for resolution.
- Maintain daily dashboards for assigned cases to track progress and status.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for timely closure of verification cases.
- Address and resolve queries from candidates, associates, and clients.
- Analyze Background Verification reports for audit preparations and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate Degree
Preferred skills:
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, capable of generating ad hoc reports based on specific requirements.
- Have a basic understanding of background verification processes.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is considered an added advantage (optional).
