Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on XOAS validation within the context of Standalone XOAS solutions, either with mock XRANs or as part of the full End-to-End (E2E) system, ensuring interoperability between them.
- Define verification requirements and develop test plans for XOAS validation.
- Implement test benches and execute tests, contributing to the identification and resolution of issues within complete JMA solutions.
- Generate comprehensive test reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with software/hardware R&D developers and project managers to ensure effective collaboration.
- Take responsibility for identifying tool support requirements for different releases and follow through on their implementation.
- Reproduce issues reported in the field and collaborate with R&D to facilitate their resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, or an equivalent field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python, including hands-on experience and a solid understanding and utilization of the Pytest Framework, as well as expertise in Swagger for Rest API validation.
- Possess familiarity with Salt Stack and knowledge of the Netconf protocol.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of ORAN split 7.2.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of 5G Architecture, including a high-level comprehension of different entities and roles within the 5G/4G/2G System.
- Display hands-on experience with Kubectl usage and a broad overview of Kubernetes, coupled with a solid grasp of Docker containerization concepts.
- Possess familiarity with Linux commands and demonstrate proficiency with Git.
- Be acquainted with Jira and Confluence, showcasing the ability to navigate and effectively use these tools in a professional setting.
