Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business heads to address open position requirements within the designated geography.
- Interface with staffing partners to facilitate the fulfillment of open positions, particularly in the context of M.O.M (Minutes of Meeting) hiring.
- Oversee and manage recruitment drives and events for open mandates, working closely with staffing partners.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for associates, ensuring they are familiarized with both functional and cultural aspects of Airtel, in coordination with agency partners (M.O.M hiring).
- Handle and resolve workforce grievances for associates.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with agency partners to address lifecycle queries, including those related to payroll, performance, and exit procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Possess knowledge of KYC processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with backend operations of banks is considered an additional asset.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a startup-based and dynamic work environment.
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications, including SQL, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a good understanding of banking software.
