Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative and research-driven mindset, actively participating as a team player.
- Stay informed about new and emerging cyber threats, proposing preventive and detective methods.
- Develop automated solutions to streamline the security investigation and response process.
- Advocate for and implement Security-by-Design, secure DevOps, and secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Proactively contribute to business solutions, design, and architecture considerations.
- Research and comprehend the latest security vulnerabilities, offering recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with security architects to design a comprehensive, risk-based architecture.
- Work closely with Product managers, Architects, Operational teams, and Security experts to enhance Airbus’ security posture.
- Establish and nurture privileged relationships within the Cybersecurity and Airbus IM organization.
- Actively participate in Security threat and monitoring forums to stay updated on the latest changes and best practices.
- Challenge conventional thinking and propose innovative ideas to enhance cybersecurity.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree specializing in IT Security, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in scripting and automation, including languages like Python and Bash script.
- Acquire a foundational understanding of security reference models and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, etc., providing an added advantage.
- Showcase a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred skills:
- Maintain a consistent focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality (first-time-right).
- Introduce innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance project efficiency.
