Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain websites effectively.
- Utilize coding languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java, and JavaScript to create the website layout.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and troubleshoot website issues as needed.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills by efficiently addressing complex issues.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code, following the best software development practices.
- Create and maintain software documentation, ensuring responsibility for the expansion and scaling of the site.
- Possess a solid understanding of web application functionality, including security, session management, and adherence to best development practices.
- Monitor website traffic and stay updated on emerging technologies in the field.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use, emphasizing efficiency and scalability.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a degree in Computer Science and Application, either as a graduate or undergraduate.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming skills, including modern HTML and CSS.
- Exhibit knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, ASP, NET, and Javascript.
- Have adequate understanding of rational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development practices.
- Familiarity with website-building tools, including WordPress, WIX, Zyro, and Zoho sites.
- Ensure availability of necessary equipment, including a computer, smartphone, and uninterrupted internet connection, along with noise-cancellation headphones.
- Commit to virtual office presence every day from 1-6 pm.
Preferred skills:
- Possess foundational knowledge in coding and an understanding of the search engine optimization process.
- Collaborate effectively with graphic designers, content developers, blog writers, and other team members to achieve desired outputs.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of web programming and the maintenance of websites.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
