Key Responsibilities:
- Implement agile strategies across various business units, overseeing talent landscape and market intelligence demands.
- Develop a strategic ecosystem of suppliers to support organizational objectives.
- Take ownership of and design/execute digital branding strategies.
- Manage referral programs and oversee sourcing spends.
- Directly handle sourcing accountabilities for challenging or escalated positions.
- Provide guidance to Aligned Sourcers and offer consultation to business units.
- Execute specific hiring programs from end to end, as per Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Area Managers’ requests and TA Lead approvals.
- Align with a specific business unit and take charge of building and maintaining a candidate database.
- Source candidates through industry networks, job boards, social media, and aggregator networks.
- Conduct preliminary CV screening and interest checks.
- Administer screening tests and appropriately tag screened candidates against flagged requisitions.
- Collaborate with the candidate management team, vendors, and candidates to ensure closure of the feedback loop.
- Offer support to the candidate management team on specific positions and events as needed.
