Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer FI invoices by verifying requests and recording transactions in SAP.
- Send copies of invoices to the respective country/customer/requestor and upload them in SAP.
- Download a list of AR invoices from SAP and participate in discussions in CIT, documenting details for the business controller/invoice responsible.
- Create a CIT versus customer account check file to ensure all valid invoices are uploaded to CIT.
- Coordinate with the accounts payable team to minimize disputes and address dispute categories.
- Send emails to all finance controllers and invoice generators two days before the dispute cut-off date.
- Clear AR invoices with AP booked documents on the payment due date or as advised by business units.
- Perform monthly closing activities for AR/AP, including general ledger account reconciliation for AR/AP accounts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated experience of 0-2 years in SAP and the Accounts Payable domain.
- Exhibit outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have flexibility to work in various shifts.
