Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices and credit notes.
  • Review, analyze, and report on discrepancies in invoices.
  • Implement business changes in alignment with established plans.
  • Take ownership and accountability for 3-way match and payments activities.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and evaluate potential financial risks or upsides, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate these.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth accounting flow.
  • Ensure timely payment of accounts payable.
  • Effectively manage all vendors and uphold vendor management standards.
  • Ensure adherence to payment terms while processing invoices.
  • Meet relevant financial measurements for accounts payable.
  • Ensure and take ownership of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ideally, possess a graduate degree in Finance and Accounting.

Preferred skills:

  • Demonstrate proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Preferably have experience in managing Accounts Payable, coupled with a basic understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
