Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Amazon Customer Service Associate with a primary focus on preventing issues, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email.
- Handle a wide range of customer concerns, spanning from order and product inquiries to payment matters and website guidance.
- Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, ensuring effective communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Must possess the right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Experience in working with a computer.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required.
- Requires a quiet, distraction-free workspace, ideally with a dedicated office space containing a desk and chair.
- From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed is necessary, utilizing a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
