Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute specific capabilities within the realm of Technology Consulting.
  • Comprehend business requirements and address organizational needs.
  • Aid in the creation of technical, functional, and process documentation, ensuring the maintenance of an effective library.
  • Develop, test, and deliver solutions aligned with project requirements.
  • Provide support in application design processes.
  • Take ownership of technical specification creation.
  • Be accountable for code development and conduct unit testing.
  • Oversee test data creation, as well as the creation and execution of test scripts.
  • Contribute to infrastructure-building activities.
  • Adhere rigorously to defined processes and utilize prescribed tools during day-to-day operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Eligible Degrees and Branches for candidates include Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, Allied Computer Science branches, Information Technology, and all Circuit branches.
  • Candidates with a Master of Technology/Engineering (M.Tech/M.E.) or a 5-year integrated course are also eligible if their specialization aligns with Computer Science, Allied Computer Science branches, or Information Technology.
  • Additionally, candidates holding a Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree are considered eligible for the position.
  • Graduation in 2024 is a prerequisite for applying.
  • Applicants are expected to have an aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above.

General Expectations:

  • The candidate will undergo registration as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act, involving a tripartite agreement among the professional, organization, and an appropriate government agency.
  • Upon selection, the candidate will undergo a 1-year probationary period starting from the date of joining.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, encompassing proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation communication.
  • Exhibit the ability to strategically plan one’s career trajectory and establish professional networks within the organization.
  • Showcase the capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, engaging with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrate effective task prioritization skills and the initiative to raise concerns or questions when necessary.
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, video conferences, teleconferences, and emails. This interaction aims to comprehend global client processes and address business problems.
  • Offer practical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement the suggested solutions.
