Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights aligned with business objectives.
- Map and document current and future-state business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes, proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridging communication gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications.
- Assess and communicate potential risks, offering mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.
- Define and execute test plans to ensure the quality of implemented solutions, working closely with quality assurance teams.
