Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the hiring requirements of assigned clients.
- Recommend suitable candidates from the talent pool.
- Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a clear understanding of optimal TopHire platform utilization.
- Administer candidate status and communication within our applicant tracking system.
- Assess and implement client feedback at various stages to improve their experience with TopHire.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for clients, striving to maximize successful hires.
- Negotiate key offers with candidates and clients to minimize dropouts.
- Assist in coordinating interviews between clients and candidates.
- Regularly update relevant information in the hiring workflow on a daily basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred Skills:
- Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate the ability to shortlist candidates according to the specific requirements of the client.
- Display conscientiousness, maintaining a proactive approach to stay on top of your pipeline without the need for reminders or follow-ups.
