Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong customer advocacy skills and a comprehension of customer interactions leading to successful outcomes.
  • Assume responsibility for end-to-end activation or assurance of a service.
  • Complete all work tasks within the defined scope, queues, and remediation requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Identify problems by understanding their nature, components, and relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and timely completion of milestones.
  • Update and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints following defined process guidelines.
  • Seek support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with both external and internal teammates to efficiently solve customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with other business units to obtain necessary information for successful order management.
  • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in the face of change.
  • Prioritize customer privacy, taking necessary steps to protect it.
  • Emphasize Sales Order Quality by ensuring accuracy upfront to minimize rework.
  • Redirect customer inquiries to the appropriate area when required.

  • Effectively communicate order status to customers and stakeholders.
  • Generate timely and well-developed solutions to address problems.

  • Book appointments for customers and coordinate equipment dispatch.
  • Process customer requests, including orders, provisioning, post-activations, assurance, and billing.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Possess a graduate or undergraduate degree in a relevant customer service field (preferably in domains such as Telecom, Technical, Business, and Financial Services). Alternatively, have completed tertiary education in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Preferred skills:

  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent English-speaking skills with a neutral accent, showcasing high proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and overall use of the English language.
  • Computer Proficiency: Exhibit advanced general Microsoft Windows and computer skills, coupled with accurate data entry abilities.
