Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to address them.
  • Serve as a key resource for handling complex and critical issues.
  • Solve intricate problems and devise innovative solutions.
  • Provide explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.
  • Create benchmark reporting to fulfill both standard and ad hoc requirements.
  • Develop, build, and maintain reporting systems for key metrics.
  • Consult with stakeholders and document business requirements to support reporting needs.
  • Possess an understanding of basic relational data structures.
  • Adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the employment contract, company policies, and procedures.
  • Follow any directives, such as potential transfer or reassignment to different work locations, changes in teams or shifts, and compliance with policies related to flexibility of work benefits, work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the evolving business environment. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a degree from any graduate or equivalent program.
  • Possess up to 3 years of experience in crafting T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and complex scalar-value functions.
  • Have up to 3 years of experience utilizing Visual Studio, specifically leveraging SSIS tools for ETL solutions.
  • Demonstrate up to 3 years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Exhibit up to 3 years of experience in process improvement, workflow management, benchmarking, and/or the evaluation of business processes.
  • Bring an advantage with experience in building dashboards using Power BI (3+ months).
  • Possess knowledge of query performance tuning and optimization.
  • Have an advantage with experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environments (3+ months).
  • Showcase proven written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred skills:

  • Possess expertise in the U.S. healthcare domain.
