Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in validating the design and operational effectiveness of key controls through various methods such as inspection, inquiry, observation, sampling, re-performance, and recalculation.
- Engage in the review of risks and key controls through end-to-end process walkthroughs, events or thematic reviews, data-driven analyses, issue read-across, and evidence reviews.
- Contribute to activities ensuring accurate, effective control assessments that comply with procedures and templates, meeting quality control requirements.
- Assist in promoting accountable risk and control decision-making based on quality data and commercial analysis.
- Provide specialist risk and control knowledge and insights.
- Identify trends to anticipate future developments in the risk and control environment.
- Support the challenge of poor, inefficient, or excessive controls, along with related tasks and behaviors.
- Contribute to identifying trends to anticipate future developments in the risk and control environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Possess strong Excel skills, particularly with large datasets and modeling, and proficiency in report production.
- Demonstrate prior business management experience and a track record of producing high-quality reports within tight deadlines.
- Exhibit prior team management experience or a strong inclination towards people and team management.
- Showcase stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and build effective relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Excel as a strong communicator, capable of expressing ideas through various communication channels.
- Display excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
- Possess the ability to investigate details with meticulous attention and work with information from various systems, expressing it clearly with assumptions used.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver on time and maintain a consistent professional level.

- Bring experience within the financial services sector.
