Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, collate, and clean data in MS Excel/Access as part of job responsibilities.
- Ensure the ERP pricing data is kept up-to-date by identifying and executing necessary activities.
- Fulfill ad hoc pricing analytics requests as part of the role’s responsibilities.
- Conduct statistical and pricing analysis in Excel/Access.
- Drive process efficiencies through digitization and the implementation of pertinent machine learning algorithms.
- Provide support to the client on data systems and analysis.
- Utilize statistical tools to sanitize, segment, and normalize historical pricing information and master invoice data sets, aiming to offer visibility into price rate distribution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- Hold a Master’s degree in research, statistics, math, economics, or a related analytical discipline.
- Preferably a recent graduate from a reputable institute or university, or alternatively, demonstrate relevant work experience in the field of data analytics.
- Must exhibit a high level of curiosity as a key attribute for the role.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in the use of analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates a high level of analytical skills, displaying a natural aptitude for gathering, analyzing, and leveraging large datasets to inform crucial business decisions.
- Possesses a solid understanding of basic statistics.
- Maintains a proactive “can-do” mindset.
- Familiarity with R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI is considered beneficial.
