Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative support, fostering effective relationships with supported individuals.
- Execute tasks related to budget, expenses, and purchasing processes as required.
- Respond to calls and emails, addressing queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper archiving and filing in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Compile and update reports, and maintain systems and data accurately.
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc., as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in administration and support roles.
- Demonstrates a highly developed customer service orientation.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
