Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate invoices against the internal inventory of index and market data services.
- Conduct research and resolve discrepancies to facilitate accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Actively engage with vendors and internal colleagues to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Respond to inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Prepare reconciliations to elucidate differences between the inventory of services and actual invoices.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the internal inventory of services in use and their corresponding fees.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of factors influencing invoicing, leveraging that knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
- Generate index and market data usage reports for providers.
- Prepare financial reports and analytics for internal stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s/ Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Preferred experience in invoice validation or reconciliation of expense accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to the optimization of new operational processes and implementing quality controls.
- Possesses basic knowledge of Financial Markets.
- Preferably has advanced Excel knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibits excellent time-management skills.
- Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with a self-starter attitude capable of delivering results despite challenges.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with a sense of urgency, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining composure and integrity.
